WITHER

WITHER is a tense, atmospheric single‑player action‑exploration game where death is both threat and currency. You explore a fractured research facility, completing objectives—scavenging fragments, finding keycards, and opening an exit chest—while strange temporal echoes stalk the halls. Every time you die you grow stronger: deaths permanently unlock corruption powers (night vision, enhanced speed, phase-walk, and more), changing how you approach combat and traversal. Objectives trigger dramatic echoes that swarm the player, and the game culminates in a ritual final sequence where, after the last objective, opening the exit chest brings about an overwhelming echo onslaught and a choice: survive, or embrace the WITHER and win by losing.
